Highway engineering construction is a very complicated production activities. Ahighway engineering project to stretching hundreds of kilometers is through a numberof areas and countless villages and towns. Along the construction process will affectthe natural environment and humane environment. At present, the tools and systemsof China’s highway construction management is relatively backward, which laggedbehind the development process of modern information technology, dragging therapid progress of the project. The existing highway construction managementsoftware is generally applicable in certain aspects of the entire project to achieveinformation management. Based on this situation, the topic using a visual workflowtechnology to achieve highway construction management system. The system cancompletely cover the entire project cycle, including: signing of the contract, startingof the project, completion of the project and many other aspects.In this paper, the research content: chapter1introduction. Mainly describe thebackground, management system of highway engineering construction managementdevelopment present situation at home and abroad, this paper to solve the mainproblems and the main work done. Chapter2, related technology, mainly introducesthe related technologies of workflow. Chapter3is the requirements analysis. First hascarried on the overview of highway engineering construction management system,and describes the system of the system target and solve the main problems, finally, thedemand analysis according to the functional requirements and non-functionalrequirements two aspects is described. The fourth chapter is system design. Systemdesign target and principle first, and then in the technical architecture design, werecarried out in accordance with the physical architecture and logical architecturedesign, the system function structure design process was also described. In systemmodeling section, first in the whole model structure of the engineering constructionmanagement system, on the basis of describing the overall structure of the systemdesign, secondly to account separately for each module of detailed design. Chapter5is system implementation and testing. Firstly, describes the system implementationand system the implementation of the views are simply described. Second, focus onthe implementation of highway engineering construction system has carried on thedetailed description. Finally, this chapter describes the system test, and the pressuretest was described in detail. Chapter6is summary and outlook. The work of the full text points out that the system needs to be perfect, and the future developmentdirection outlook system.The development of the highway construction management system which isbased on the Workflow technology improves the abilities of the highway enterprise tomanage information and knowledge,exchange messages and share data.
