In this century, with the rapid development of IT technology, the IT technology continues to mature; it has penetrated into all sectors. Using of IT technology to improve the management level of China’s transportation industry, as much as possible for the public to provide quality and efficient services, and strive to achieve leapfrog development of transport, the transportation industry which has become the consensus of the introduction of information technology. Highway management for the protection of roads, maintenance of roads right of way of road property is important. Appling information technology to highway management, to establish a scientific, standardized and efficient road administration system is the highway management information technology trends. This article describes how to build highway management information system and proposes comprehensive information technology solutions.This paper describes the work of highway management information important and the highway management information system design and implementation. By management information system for road construction requirements, it is proposed based on the Android platform Highways mobile network integration technology solutions.By analyzing the background and practical significance, using the Android platform, workflow, SharePoint2010technologies, Microsoft.NET Framework architecture popular computer technology, based on the reference province highway road administration methods, we proposed road administration business management information solutions. The road administration system will build a highway management information system platform which achieves a variety of scattered Highways business integration and information sharing. In corresponding to the relevant business we give an overview of each functional module functions, and design the content of the system. Realization of the subsystem modules is given in the implementation process to fully take into account the appropriate security policy, and gives Android SharePoint2010technology platform and specific applications in the system process. Finally, we summarize the paper and propose future direction for improvement.
