Design And Implementation Of Guangdong Toll Road Management Information System Based On Workflow Technipue

In the construction of 30 traffic planning, Guangdong's total mileages of expressway network will reach more than 8,000 kilometers.According to statistics, currently located in Guangdong Province, the toll has reached over 300, on charges of funds management, accounting, such as the use of the regulatory aspects, such as containment overcharging violations, enhance the transparency of information toll roads, has become one of the problems that Toll roads need to be resolved.In this paper, according to Guangdong Province toll road management of the status quo, using Microsoft's. Net technology framework and SQL Server 2000 database, with a mature work flow engine, using hardware and software to relatively low investment costs, to obtain achievement of the following:(1)Provide a platform for information management for the traffic management departments, lower-level units on the site can sign as long as the data submitted, the higher level units can be reviewed online, users can access the system to view the information of road, toll station and toll square etc., electronic maps and Policy News;(2) According to the traffic management department's work processes, using custom workflow engine, to complete the submitting and processing of the road information, thus improve the efficiency of government agencies;(3) Discuss security issues of the system, propose an information security solutions based on B/S structure;After the actual production of the test, It was proved that the system can be on these charges at the large number of road files, financial data, policy documents, and it was a useful attempt to improve the information management scientifically and effectively . At the end of this paper, the technological development trends and prospects of workflow were also discussed.
