In recent years,with the rapid development of high-speed data,user demand for network bandwidth and network data transfer has been increased.In order to accelerate the process of network of the province,OTN technology of metropolitan area network were used in this project to improve the transfer speed,enhance the performance and strength the stability of the network.The implementation of OTN technology of metropolitan area network will expansion the network bandwidth and the transmission speed,and this is important for the continued development of the internet economy of ChengDu city.This research was to analysis the project quality management in the application of new technologies in communication engineering based on OTN technology of metropolitan area network.According to project quality management theory,this paper consisted of quality planning,quality assurance and quality control.Quality planning included the quality objectives of the project,the quality plan principle basis,OTN equipment planning,programming and project master programme.Quality assurance included the organizational structure of quality management system of quality control and quality assure measures for various quality related duties,quality assurance measure embodied in the construction time.Quality included the principle of quality control,control the project factors of quality control and quality control of the construction process.Finally,the paper proposed a number of recommendations in enhancing control and influence factors of management,selected reliable quality control methods and strengthing the process quality management of construction.
