The Research Of Surveillance And Evaluation About Quality In E-government Project Based On Web

With the development of information technology and information projects software are becoming the core and the soul to the development of national economy and social information in the 21st century, even in the next century. Facts have proved that E-government has a central supporting role in our country.However, the distinguishing feature in the E-government projects such as large amount of investment, long development cycle, high degree of project risk, these features have seriously affected success rate of implementing E-government system. In order to effectively respond to a variety of problems in E-government system development process, further improve the success rate of E-government. This paper introduces surveillance mechanism into E-government project, uses process evaluation idea to surveillance the quality of E-government system in whole process.This paper first briefly introduces the related content of E-government project surveillance, information, and then advances a model of the E-government project quality surveillance and evaluation. Mainly focuses on the process of surveillance and evaluation on the quality of E-government system and the corresponding evaluation algorithms, indicators. The process has divided into bidding phase, designing phase, implementation phase and acceptance phase;the quality of surveillance and evaluation indicators which considering the characteristics of E-government, software quality and the national standard GB of information surveillance has been built in every phase; then use different, relative assessment methods to get the surveillance and evaluation results for making timely adjustments.On this basis, E-government projects quality control system was designed. The system is a solution to E-government project quality surveillance based on Java Web which provides a visual, simple, efficient platform for E-government surveillance; an information statistics, real-time information exchange platform for the company leadership of surveillance, party A and party B. The application of the system will further promote E-government project quality surveillance and evaluation.
