Recently, the education of the vocational college has had a new situation with theschools’ enrolling large amount of freshmen. The establishment of high-efficient students’information system has been an indispensable part in college’s management. It will helpto increase efficiency in management. I analyse the research statement of the studentinformation management system and I analyse, design and realize a student informationmanagement system by object-oriented technic in this paper.First, the requirement analyzement and overall design. It introduces the organizationand management mode of the student information management system, after wellknowing the statement of students’s information management, make clients’ requirementclear and make sure what function the system should have. After the goal of the softwaredevelopment, it separates information management system into six sub-system which aresystem management, file management, fee management, class management, subjectmanagement, score management.Second, the system sructure design on basis of requirement analyzement, functiondesign of every module, database design, particularly design user table, file informationtable, fee table etc.Third, introduce key technique of the system. It figures out the system structure ofthis system, explicates technique of database access, the conection between ADO objectand database, then analyze the security of the system, introduce the security measure ofthis system.
