Research And Analysis On The Management Information System Of Yichun Vocational And Technical College

With the scale of the YiChun Vocational Technical College, the number of students is increasing year by year, activities of the Communist Youth League is more and more, information that Communist Youth League needs to deal with is also more and more. It is too complex if we still rely on manual management mode to process these data. It will be very difficult to maintenance, update and find these data for a long time. So if we research and analysis a set of Communist Youth League Management information system that could meet the actual needs of the YiChun Vocational Technical College Communist Youth League work, it will promote Communist Youth League work better and faster development, improve the work efficiency and realize the scientific management of Communist Youth League work.This thesis adopts the method of Object Oriented Research and Analysis. At first, this thesis introduces research background, significance and current research and application of Communist Youth League Management information system and makes clear the content and the main content. In the section of business analysis, first elaborates the existing problems in the present business, analyzes the existing business process, and gives the optimized business process in view of the shortcomings of the original business process.In the section of functional analysis, this thesis makes clear the function of the system through the analysis of cases and the use case description, including League membership management, Reward and punishment management, Communist Youth League cadre management,organization management and system management. According to the use case diagram gives the overall function of the system package diagram and the sub function package diagram, including League membership management, Reward and punishment management, Communist Youth League cadre management, organization management and system management package diagram.In the section of data analysis, this thesis analysis the data that system function need to deal with and gives the entity relationship diagram and establishes database table structure. In the end, this thesis summarizes the previous research and analysis and gives the next step of the work carries out in the future.
