System Design And Realization For Students’ Information Management Program In Mianyang No.1Midddle School Of Sichuan Province

Student basic information is the important resources in the school. With theincreased number of students, the requirement of management enhances unceasingly,the original manual management way has became less adaptable to the schoolmanagement requirements. This subject aims to through the computer technology as thefoundation of the students information management to provide a simple, easy to use,efficient and scalable student basic information management system.Mianyang Senior High School Student Information Management System mainlymanage the basic information and performance information of student, its data storedin background using SQL Server2005and its Web in foreground developed with c#.The system adopts hierarchical structure and Microsoft Entity Framework for Entityrelationship mapping, its data access operations is on the data access layer. The businesslogic of the system built through the object-oriented way embodies in a series ofinteraction of business object. Generally, the user page only needs to be bound withobject properties, and the access object to provide methods.The Use Case is usually used in Object-oriented design to identify object, toanalyse object properties to determine the object functions, and to map the objectstorage to relational database. According to this idea, this paper refines the designgradually to the realization. In the paper, the system objects are designed, and theircorresponding relational databases are designed in detail.The realization of system services mainly embodies in the implementation ofobject properties and methods. The business process is realized by informationinteraction between objects. Users only have dealings with software interface. Thechapter about system implementation describes the interactive pages, while it come true,how to realize a series of system functions by binding object properties and callingobject methods.In order to facilitate subsequent system sharing student basic informations, theWeb Service access interface for system extension is provided to student basicinformation in the realization process of system. The system has been put into use through a test. In the school, the managementefficiency and level of student basic information and score information is increasedsignificantly and the school information management has a great-leap-forwarddevelopment.
