With the advent of the mobile Internet era, traditional telecommunications,Internet services become increasingly blurred, global operators are facing enormouspressure of the explosive growth of data traffic.Long Term Evolution (LTE),as ahigh-speed,low latency, all-over-IP next-generation wireless transmission technologywill be promising and popular, and it will soon change people’s way of life.Users’requirements of the data rate, throughput, system performance and other aspects arealso increasing, improving edge user throughput and service experience is aneffective way to enhance system performance and fairness.LTE uses OFDMtechnology and it suppresses interference within the cell well, but the inter-cellinterference (ICI) caused by the same frequency network still exists and affectsespecially the cell edge user (CEU) performance. Suppressing ICI is one of the keyways to improve LTE system performance. This paper focuses on cell interferencecoordination, firstly analyze the scene and common ICI suppression method, based onthe analysis of the static inter-cell interference coordination (Inter-Cell InterferenceCoordination, ICIC) technology, improve the deficiencies of the original algorithmand propose a dynamic ICIC algorithm, then make detailed analysis and implementdynamic ICIC by software; finally tested verification, specific works of this article isas follow:1) Study LTE distributed base stations, discuss ICI model and scenario and makecomparison among commonly used ICI mitigation methods from practicality,efficiency, ease of aspects to achieve.2) Study static ICIC initial band arrangement, ICIC mode,CCU and CEU propertiesjudgment. On the basis of these, uplink and downlink static ICIC algorithm areproposed, study principle of resource allocation and scheduling.3) Improve static ICIC algorithm and propose a dynamic algorithm based on RNTPand HII. Illustrate dynamic ICIC algorithm from PUSDH and PUSCH powercontrol, RNTP/HII statistical reporting, information exchange between basestations ICIC, edge bands coordination.4) Implement the improved algorithm by software and verify feasibility of thealgorithm through experiment. Test results show that the proposed algorithm canbetter suppress ICI and meet the testing requirements of the operator.
