In the next decade, among with new data applications driven people put forward higher demandsfor the performance of wireless communication systems. The main design goals behind LTE systemwhich based on OFDMA are higher user bit rates, lower delays, reduced cost, and operationalsimplicity. Then, radio resource scheduling algorithm plays a vital role in the process of evolution. In this thesis, we focus on the radio resource scheduling, mainly focusing the resourcemanagement in LTE system as well as the development and evaluation indicators of schedulingalgorithm. Were analyzed on several classic scheduling algorithms, and compare their performancecharacteristics and limitations. Besides there is in depth discussion of the traditional schedulingalgorithm based VoIP services, including full dynamic scheduling and semi-persistent scheduling. In response to the defects of the traditional VoIP scheduling algorithm is a waste of systemresources, we respectively proposed an occupying dynamic scheduling algorithm and fullingdynamic scheduling algorithm, this is the innovative part of the entire study.Which the occupyingdynamic scheduling algorithm is more fully utilize the system resources and improve systemperformance, the fulling dynamic scheduling algorithm uses the way of filling the two types ofusers to the same resource block scheduling and then greatly improved resource utilization andsystem performance. In order to verify the feasibility and correctness of the algorithm, we simulatedthe two algorithms by MATLAB simulation platform. It is shown that, load VoIP/FTP/Videobusiness case, mentioned dynamic scheduling algorithm effectively improve the utilization andthroughput of the system spectrum to reach the desired goal. Finally, focus on analysis the approaches to inter-cell interference suppression, includinginterference randomization、 interference cancellation and interference co-ordination/voidance.Besides there is in depth discussion of Fractional Frequency Reuse(FFR) and SoftFrequency Reuse(SFR), the traditional FFR is improved. Simulation results show that the inprovedscheme achieve better interference mitigation performance.
