The Design And Implementation Of The Information Management System Of The Secondary Vocational School Education

With the accelerating pace of domestic education informationization and the country's continuing attention to the education cause, pace of informationization of secondary vocational education is accelerating, its management scope and business involved becomes larger and more complex. Application demand related to teaching administration is increasing too. Traditional teaching administration mode and system can't adapt to the development of the times. In this situation, it has become an inevitable trend to build a fast and effective management system that can adapt to current secondary vocational imformationization management direction and the long-run development of secondary vocational education.According to the actual investigation and analysis, this thesis sums up the overall planning and demands of secondary vocational education informationization and focuses on the design and realization of 5 important subsystem under secondary vocational education informationization system, including the office management subsystem, the administration subsystem, the teaching management subsystem, the student management system and the management subsystem. The main innovations of this paper are embodied in the following two aspects:1. The thesis, to a certain extent, achieves the proceduring and informationization of secondary vocational education office by researching and analyzing the thought of secondary vocational education cooperative office.2. As the education information system in secondary vocational colleges is very large and the various subsystems are independent and interdependent, it is very difficult to integrate and dock the sub systems. So, in the login mode, this thesis adopts the single point login, which effectively solves the coexistence of education information subsystems and the problem of complex business.The function of the education information management system covers all kinds of business related to the teaching administration and the operation procedures, effectively reduces the labor intensity of administrators, greatly improves the work efficiency, and meets the demands of standardization, systematization and networking of secondary vocational education informationization management.
