Inner Mongolia Electric Power Digital Authentication System Designed Implementation

With the advancement of social development and information technology, officeautomation dramatic changes occurred. Withthe growing popularity of various types ofmodern office equipment, office not only reduces the strength of the people, but alsoimproves the working efficiency and quality. In the market economy, enterprises shouldemphasize efficiency and effectiveness of office automation to improve the scientific,accurate and comprehensive management level and competitiveness of office productivityand decision-making have a very important significance. With the growing scale of the InnerMongolia Electric Power Company, open and smooth, coordinated and unified managementrelations, management of information technology and network management information,such as the power company has become a major issue to be tackled managers. Therefore, itis necessary according to the company’s actual office processes, design and develop a new,information-based, network-based office automation system.This paper studies the Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company office automationsystem design and implementation. First it introduced the current situation in Inner MongoliaPower Company office systems and technology roadmap for research and summarize it, andthen on the Inner Mongolia Power Company conducted a series of office automation systemsanalysis and functional analysis conducted focus, according to the analysis results establisheda suitable the company’s office automation system, and finally summarizes the system designand propose future outlook. Through the construction of office automation system, InnerMongolia Power Company can achieve public affairs, improve efficiency, and enhancecollaboration between the various departments work to promote reform and officemanagement system, the company achieved significant modernization.
