The Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System For Shougang Mining Company

With the continual development of information technology and the deepening reform in China's enterprises,management by means ofinnovation and knowledge are commonly and frequently adopted in the corporate management.If the enterprises want to survivethe flood of social development,a top priority must be given tothe information construction.Corporate office automation(OA)system is one of the important links in the modern enterprise management system,for it can effectively change the traditional office work mode which has complicated,repeated,inefficient and poorly regulatory processes,enhance the coordination and synergy among the various departments of office capacity and improve office efficiency and the business process capability.This thesis takes the informationization in the Shougang Mining Company as an example and elaborates on and discusses the design and development of the OA system.The Design and Implementation of Office Automation System for Shougang Mining Companyis built on the basis of the B/S architecture and adopts the ASP.NET as its development language and SQL Server 2008 database as its development platform.The system takes the workflow as the mainline in the management,phases of tasks as management nodes and the events of tasks as managed objects.It also divides the management unit on the basis of different departments and divides control limit based on business authority.For each specific work process,the relevant job roles,departments and related resources are multi-dimensionally integratedso as to improve business management competency and skills in all aspects.Systematically and reasonably handlingroutine documents and streamlining processes,coordinating every office link in document processing have good scalability and can help to achieve an efficient,scientific and intelligent performance in document processing.Firstly,the thesis introduces the development status of OA system and general information of the informationization in Shougang Mining Company;then it introduces the main skills in the application of the OA system of Shougang Mining Company;in the stage of demand analysis,the thesis integrates the users demands based on the users' characteristics and divides the system into five parts;in the design stage,the thesis elaborates on the core function modules of the subsystems through presenting the flow chart;in the testing stage,the functions of the software are comprehensively tested;in the end,the thesisdraws a conclusion and predicts the prospect of further research.Currently,the OA system has been put into use in the mining company.The system is safe,stable,scalable and easy to maintain,so good user feedback has been obtained.
