Due to the development of the scale of China’s enterprises,the collaborative work processes of companies in various industries are becoming more and more complicated.Due to the informatization of China’s enterprises,the use of advanced computer technology to carry out office automation management in the daily work of enterprises has become an effective way for companies in all walks of life to build their informatization.At present,Anyue County Power Supply Company is in a new era of informatization myth reform.It urgently needs a simple,practical,stable and mature collaborative office automation system to change the traditional corporate operation management methods.Therefore,this project is based on the collaborative research work of Anyue County Power Supply Co.,Ltd.and designs and develops a collaborative office automation system based on the B/S architecture to meet the needs of the company’s development and reform.This thesis first analyzes the current status of the development of office automation and the advanced technology of the system design.Based on the day-to-day operation management and work flow characteristics of the power supply company,this thesis proposes the use of object-oriented technology to design and develop a collaborative office automation system based on the MVC architecture.The thesis analyzes the characteristics and process of the daily office management work of the power supply company.Based on the detailed requirements analysis of the overall business of the power supply company,the software technology architecture,physical logic architecture and functions of the system are designed in detail.The main functions of the system are divided into basic information management,daily office management,online information management,folder management and system management modules.The thesis focuses on the specific business of each functional module,gives each business process analysis model,and according to the data requirements of each functional module,the detailed design of the system’s database physical model and relational model.The thesis uses the example diagram,E-R diagram,class diagram,flow chart,sequence diagram to explain the design and implementation process of each functional module in detail.The system designed by the dissertation adopts.NET platform and MVC development framework technology.The development of thesystem adopts a more popular three-tier architecture.The programming language used is C#.The SQL Server 2008 technology is used in the database development of the system.Finally,the static and dynamic pages of the system are coded and realized by software development tools.In the end,the system designed in this thesis is tested according to the general flow of software testing in terms of function and performance.Through the test,the BUG found in the system is found,and it is modified and perfected to ensure the development quality of the system.The test results show that the performance of the system can meet the expected results,and the operation of the system can meet the actual work execution requirements.
