Research On Industrial Internet Pump Vibration Of Online Monitoring System

With the development of computers and the Internet, on-line monitoring equipmentand fault analysis has also been widespread concerned. In thermal power plants, largerotating equipment such as turbines has established a relatively complete onlinemonitoring system (SIS), and more auxiliary devices such as condensate pumps andother rotating equipment not yet on-line monitoring and analysis system, so the researchof pump rotation online monitoring and fault analysis system can improve the state repairof rotating equipment and improve equipment utilization and reliability.In this paper, using on-line monitoring system and fault analysis techniques, theplant pumps vibration signal acquisition methods in the online monitoring system studied.Through on the analysis of the current status of the development for power plants andpump fault diagnosis of rotating equipment, the vibration spectrum analysis technologyselected as a tool the on-line monitoring of rotating equipment. It used modern signalprocessing and analysis techniques of the Fast Fourier Transform to achieve a reliableanalysis of the pumping equipment on-line monitoring data. Utilization of industrialunder data networking internet the fault-line diagnostic equipment and remote expertdiagnosis achieved.In this paper, the part of the equipment in Huadian Weifang Power Generation Co.unit tested to verify the pump equipment online diagnostic system reliability, greatlyincreasing the reliability of the forecasts for the operation of equipment to ensure safeoperation of the equipment, to prevent and reduce fatal accidents by the appear, such asthe elimination of hidden faults.
