On the basis of analysis of the characters of high-pressure getting rid of squama water pump, for example rotating machine and running production, a system of online monitoring and fault diagnosis is developed. This system can monitor the condition of high-pressure getting rid of squama water pump. At the same time, the other functions include real-time data collecting and processing, interface attempting, on-line printing. On the other hand, by meticulous diagnosis functions, such as signature analysis, trend analysis, spectrum analysis, the fault classification, position, severity and trend about the high-pressure getting rid of squama while running can be discovered and forecasted. During the course of test on this system, the rotor of water pump was measured, and a desirable result has been obtained.This thesis analyses the main reasons of the vibration of the water pump, support the malfunction model of water pump system and mechanism of the vibration. This thesis analyses the gears transmission, bring forward the method of how to deal with the malfunction signal of the gears. Finally, hardware design and software key technology about the system is introduced in details. In this article, the method of hardware and the way of how to select sensors are introduced. The alarm system is designed. The function of software and user interface are designed in details This thesis examines the development existing circumstance and future about condition-based maintenance internally compared with externally. On the based of establishing rotating machinery malfunction diagnosis model, familiar malfunctions on high pressure getting rid of squama are analyzed and instanced. The project comes from the request of engineering .The whole detector is developed based on the request of user. The detector is easy to operate and the detecting efficiency and the rate is high. The detector is improved gradually and its function is verified.
