It is the important equipment produced in the oil field to use the extensive water pump assembly in the oil field, involve the quality and output produced in oil field directly, strengthen the supervision on water pump assembly of note to improving production efficiency, there are higher actual meanings in the cost to reduce and recover the oil .According the surroundings of the oil field, this paper has designed a kind of vibration monitoring instrument with small volume, the advantage of portable, strong function, based on embedded system and"double core"structure. It can analyze and deal with data from the data-collect system instantly,spread ultimately to the data management system in PC ,which provide science basis to carry out the status monitoring and fault diagnosis.This paper has studied the system of engineering signal analysis and process based on Windows, which focused on discussing the signal process system of signal analysis and process. It analyzed the usual signal process methods, such as breadth-field analysis, time-field analysis, frequency-field analysis, compiled"the data management system for fault monitoring of LinPan oil extraction plant".After explaining this system of work principle and primary function, this thesis reported in detail that the system was applied to the Pan 3 water pump assembly in the ShengLi oil field. During analysis and study on the water pump assembly of fault style and fault characteristic, this text analyzed the vibration signal of several typical fault with the viewpoint of frequency-field analysis, found out the fault mode and characteristics of frequency-field. After applying to practice, it acquired a great deal of measured data, mastered the vibration regulation gradually, and resolved the locale problem. Currently, that system is already applied in the periodical monitor of the oil-fieid equipment, which obtained the considerable economic income and social income.
