When the power companies continue to accelerate the pace of market orientation,information technology plays a growing role in the development of electric powercompanies. The informational management in the power system has become animportant factor in promoting the rapid development of electric power companies.With a comprehensive electric power informatization, the promotion of ERPconstitutes an essential part of them. The traditional ERP lacks the systemfunctionality directly facing to customers. Based on this demand, we launch a studyabout CRM theory. Based on the pivotal importance of the customers to thecompanies, we use the CRM strategy to study the customers information of electricityERP, adopting data warehouse and data mining technology, integration with thehistorical information and current information, digging out the implicit, potentiallyuseful information. It has a practical significance, especially in the electric powercompanies.In the wake of the development of the informatization of electric power, ERPand CRM and other systems play a more and more important role in the electricpower market. Firstly, the domestic and overseas present research situation and thetheory and application of the ERP, CRM and the informatization of electric power areintroduced. Secondly, the basic concepts of ERP and CRM theory and the structuresare introduced. On this basis, the analysis model in which CRM theory is used isadopted. Then the Apriori algorithm which is used in the data analysis process is thekey point. In order to solve the problems on its generating too many combinations ofcandidate sets and consuming very high I/O bandwidth when searching the database,the Apriori algorithm is improved via counting the elements of candidate sets todecrease the combinations of candidate sets and reduce the times of searchingdatabase. According to the result of the theoretical analysis and numerous labexperiments, This expedites the search speed and reduce the I/O bandwidthconsumption.Therefore the improved Apriori algorithm is superior to the traditionalone in fulfilling the requirement of the creation of classified system model.Finally,the improved Apriori algorithm is applied to the customer information analysismodel to study the ERP customer information of electric power. At the perspective ofthe customers, we can get to the purpose of decision support and then promoting theelectricity market marketing.
