The21st century is full of competitions and challenges, but people-centered idea isthe main management "software". With the development of our market economy and thedeepening reform of employment system, the subject status of labor market hascontinuously been strengthened, and the employment system has become more and morediverse. The radio and television media industry is no exception. Whether the broadcasttelevision system reform success or not depends largely on the establishment of suitableemployment system.As a unit of the provincial cultural system reform, Zhejiang Radio and TelevisionGroup(hereinafter referred to as Zhejiang Media Group) is always devoted to exploringand practicing the employment system, and vigorously promote the reform of thepersonnel system. In the process of reform, it had acquired successes, also had harvestedexperiences and lessons. Its experiences provide a good example for us to study theemployment system reform of the radio and television media industry. This paper takesZhejiang Media Group employment system as an example, combines the relatedresearches at home and abroad and the theories of human resource management, anddiscusses how to solve the problems in the employment system of the provincial radio andtelevision system. Firstly, this paper introduces the history of the employment system inthe radio and television media industry, the current main employment system and theexperiences both in the domestic and foreign radio and television media industry.Secondly, it analyses the current staff scale and structure, the existing employment systemand the drawbacks in the Zhejiang Media Group. Finally, this paper creatively put forwardseveral counter-measures to improve the employment system of Zhejiang Media Group:accelerate the transformation of the system and establish a sound system of laws andregulations, based on the fact of group and explore multiple employment system, improvethe supporting measures and construct human resources system, enhance the serviceawareness and standardize practitioners team.
