In the new communication era in which many media compete with each other,the television media should adhere to theirs advantages in credibility,authority and coverage,and at the same time learn from other media while avoiding over-entertainment.By promoting local culture cards,TV media can expanse the potential,realize the transformation of media identity,promote content production and realize the IP value,and grow into a powerful booster for the great prosperity and great development of culture.In building local cultural cards,Hunan Radio and Television Group performance is prominent.Since it using satellites,Hunan Radio and Television Group has successfully created lots of "cultural stars".It try to arrange the large and uncombed local culture from the folk,and to help local cultural cards to spread throughout the country and whole world,to innovate the local culture,to activate cultural resources,and to protect the diversity of local culture.The practice of Hunan Radio and Television Group in building local cultural cards is quite characteristic,including the meticulously building of cultural programs,the deep integration of cultural elements,the funny communication style,the cross-regional communication according to local conditions,the cooperation of internal multimedia matrix,the cooperation of cross-television groups,the cooperation of cross-media forms,and so on.But at the same time,there are still some problems in consciousness,program mode,content production and communication.It can solve these problems through the in-depth grasp of the international market,the timely mastery of emerging technologies,the industrial cooperation with local culture,and the accurate communication with the audience.
