This paper launches plan and design research of stereoscopic warehouse for Acompany.According to A company’s existing warehouse facilities planning and managementof the status quo, on the basis of the theory of modern logistics of the overall structureof the stereoscopic warehouse of A company, and put forward the concrete designmethod, including the warehouse structure type, layout, main equipment selection andparameter design.Under uniformly distributed load is presented in this paper the tray of bendingstrength and rigidity of beams and planks mechanics model, and derived the relationshipbetween the tray structure size and material tray of the load, provide theoretical basis forpallet design and checking. Shelves on static strength and stiffness of beams, verticalframework and overall stability are analyzed with mechanics, and provide the materialand checking of the stereoscopic warehouse shelves calculation basis.In order to optimize the stereoscopic warehouse storage efficiency, usinginformation and network means, loading and unloading process based on RFIDtechnology is proposed. Based on the analysis of the design goals and requirements,expounding the major functions of the system, pointing out the system runningenvironment, developing system of database. So, the warehouse management systembased on RFID technology is designed.In order to complete the goods directly guide forklift quickly right, using PLCtechnology, combined with RFID warehouse management system, using the alarmdevices and led as auxiliary tool, a forklift truck operation guidance system is designed.Based on the research of the stereoscopic warehouse of A company, other smalland medium-sized enterprise planning and designing to explore a kind of stereoscopicwarehouse model in the future, can be used for reference, and provides some referenceexperiences.
