The Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Warehouse Management System Based On The RFID

Traditional warehouse management system is error-prone,for its manual scan operation in storage and removal, causing inconsistency between material purchasing and actual inventory, increase in management cost, materials expired or loss, etc. Therefore, resolving the material identification problems in the process of enterprise material management, making up the shortage of traditional management system and realizing the information automation are urgent problems. In combination with years of practical experience, the author intends to develop a warehouse management system based on RFID technology, to solve the deficiency of warehouse management in enterprise supplies.In this thesis, the research work mainly includes:1) Introducing intelligent warehouse technology into the traditional system, intelligent warehouse technology mainly refers to the introduction of RFID technology into the warehouse management system. With automatic data acquisition in the arrival, inbound, outbound, transfers, shift of the goods, the system helps to increase the data input speed and accuracy in each operation link, and grasp the real data of enterprise inventory and keep a reasonable business inventories.2) RFID intelligent warehouse implementation scheme is put forward, in order to solve the automatic identification of materials and better convenience of the application system, RFID technology is introduced into the system. Electronic tag, antenna, reader and relevant management subsystem of RFID are required.3) To ensure the security of the application system, authentication service and WCF technology are introduced. In order to prevent illegal users entering the Intranet through the public network LAN system at all levels, tampering the information, inserting or modifying data transmission, we employ role management in permissions system. For safe and reliable data communication mechanism in the application system, WCF technology is applied.4) RFID system was designed by object-oriented programming ideas, through the object-oriented programming language, the idea of object-oriented programming to realize system with good scalability, low coupling, and good compatibility intelligent in enterprise warehouse management software.The design and application of intelligent warehouse management system is on the basis of RFID, which ensuring convenient and quick business process in the enterprise. Easier management on batching and the expiration date inventory goods is ensured by scientific coding, which can greatly improve the efficiency and core competitiveness of enterprise.
