Under the background of industry 4.0 and“made in China 2025”strategy,with the continuous innovation of science and technology,the logistics industry has also developed rapidly.The pursuit of informatization,automation,intelligent for the integration of modern logistics system become the main trend of the logistics industry development in the future.So,it is urgent to develop automated storage equipment and sorting equipment with advanced technology,using intelligent integration technology,strengthen the construction of enterprise internal system networking,to create a complete set of automatic logistics system with intelligent control functions.At present,with the rapid development of economy and fierce market competition,companies are constantly seeking development,establish a modern logistics distribution center is a logistics enterprises to reduce operating costs and improve corporate profits,improve service quality,overcome an important means of competition,therefore,obtained the rapid development of logistics distribution center.However,there are still some links in the efficient operation of modern logistics distribution centers.For example,the problem of material sorting and distribution order in distribution centers has not been solved scientifically and rationally.Traditional order sorting in distribution centers is mostly manual,with high error rate and low sorting efficiency.But at present the special machine sorting which the enterprise generally USES,also has the malpractice which the adaptability is low and the flexibility is low,cannot be suitable for the diversification material sorting.Therefore,this article from the habits of the unit material sorting the thinking of special equipment,application of robots,design new materials storage mode and robotsorting automation technology and equipment,and provide the system efficient solution,not only make a distribution center operations more energy-efficient,also can improve the efficiency and automation level of sorting,reducing distribution costs.Firstly,this paper describes the design essentials,equipment technical requirements and overall functional objectives of the system.Then,according to the requirements of the system,the process flow and the layout of the process plan of the system are designed in detail,and the main modules of the system are described in detail: the design principle and specific functions of the rectangular coordinate robot sorting system and the backbench three-dimensional storage system,as well as the design of the computer information management and control system.Then,the integrated system of backbench storage and robot sorting is applied to the order sorting of the specific unit material distribution center.Finally,using AutoMod simulation experiment for a certain unit of material distribution center back desktop stereoscopic warehouse sorting integration system is verified with rectangular robot,by analyzing the simulation results show that the system has high reliability,proved in this paper,the design of desktop stereoscopic warehouse sorting integration with robot system is feasible and can be used in the unit on the order sorting of the stereo warehouse and material distribution center.
