The Sustainable and stable development of enterprises has promoted the rapid development of the global economy.With the continuous upgrading of global industrial technology and the expansion of global information,China's industrial level is also increasing rapidly.The High-tech processing technology has been widely promoted,and the processing efficiency has also been greatly improved.Equipment manufacturing enterprises also need more cutters,tooling,fixtures and minor inspection instruments.This thesis,based on the analysis of the status of the tridimensional warehouse used in the existing factory,combined with the current development direction and advantages,combined with the project business content of an enterprise intelligent tridimensional warehouse.designed 4 high level stereohouses with SIEMENS programmable logic controller technology,industrial control technology and communication technology.Each tridimensional warehouse is a set of intelligent storehouse controlling system mainly composed of the support shelf,protection,tray,horizontal exchange system,grabbing and lifting system,electrical control system,tridimensional warehouse information management system,each storehouse operation monitoring system,item bar code scanning system,and out window flat layer,and so on.Through the control of pallets,hooks and grabbing devices.the field control of the whole operation of the intelligent tridimensional warehouse has been successfully realized.The main tasks are as follows:First of all,combining the engineering experience with the content structure of programmable control,time sequence and principle,advantages and main functions;combined with the features and advantages of SIEMENS PLC,it is believed that the use of the SIEMENS PLC S7-200 as the core of the system is correct.Meanwhile,the system hardware,information processing and management of tridimensional warehouse are expounded.And the research focus of this project is summarized.Secondly,the design goal of the intelligent tridimensional warehouse system,the difficulty of the design of mechanical and automation system,the principle of the system and the characteristics of the device,the structure and Realization of the control system are expounded.The system process is planned,the functional process is explained and analyzed through the system flow chart,and the layout of the system is designed and implemented.Finally,the module subdivision of the system and the network communication methods between each other are expounded and analyzed,and the main control circuit and hardware such as the PLC control board and the pallet grabbing mechanism are analyzed and designed.And the core components of PLC control are designed and installed.In the case of the complete hardware configuration of the automatic warehouse system,the software of the system control process is designed and implemented,including the main program,the storage and removal of the subroutine,the program design of the layer state,and the implementation of the ladder diagram by using the related software.The industrial control system and touchscreen interface of the whole system were completed,and the control of PC and touch screen stereo tridimensional warehouse system was completed.At this time,a complete intelligent tridimensional warehouse control system is designed.
