This paper mainly aims to design the control system of the potato storagewarehouse. In order to apply the programmable control technology, the configurationmonitoring technology and the sensor technology to the above potato storagewarehouse, automatic control system of potato storage warehouse had been developedbased on the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).The warehouse environment system is a nonlinear, time-variable and delaycomplicated system, establishing systematical mathematical model is difficulty.Conventional control method is difficult to obtain satisfactory static and dynamicperformance. Considering the conditions of the warehouse environment, the controlsystem proposed a method of the PID parameter self-tuning and tested throughsimulation in the laboratory, and automatic detection and control for temperature andhumidity with good experimental results are realized.In this control system,the design of the hardware mainly includes S7-200PLC,temperature sensor, humidity sensor. PLC is the host controller of the system;Temperature sensor and humidity sensor are used to detect the environmentalparameters of the warehouse. Air-Conditioning and fan are used to adjust thetemperature and humidity of the warehouse. Automatic warehouse control systemsoftware includes upper machine software and lower machine system software. Uppermachine system software can realize remote monitoring, real-time data and historicaldata showing, real-time online modification of the control parameters. Lower machinesystem software is used for S7-200PLC ladder diagram control system programming.This control system of the warehouse had been debugged in the laboratory,realizing detection and control for the temperature and humidity in the warehouse.The control system is of simple operation, strong stability and reliability, with goodconfiguration control interface for remote monitoring, satisfying the requirement ofthe modern agricultural products of storage and the development trend, showing broadapplication prospect.
