In order to adapt to social development and the demand of the scientific andtechnological progress and economic development, increase development andapplication of modern information technology driven information technology, theamount of information transfer and exchange of information presented explosive. Forexample, multimedia, audio, video services, need strict quality of service (QOS)requirements and the requirements of the transmission speed, large-capacity link. Forthat battle, there are strict requirements for QoS interactive broadband businessdirection. Modern communication network needs a fast convergence, flexiblebandwidth allocation, and Internet technique of high speed data. IETE In the1990’sproposed a multi-protocol label switching (MPLS) technology for efficient IP networkto achieve the efficient integration of high-speed switching capacity and flexiblerouting capabilitiesTo complement and optimize the technology of IP, MPLS network follows theIP network for all routing protocols, so changes in the calculation of thetopology-based routing protocol, sometimes forming a loop, it will lead to theoccurrence of the following two questions:(1) packet in the loop formation cycle,leads to the loss of data packets;(2) the congestion. When a loop, even with survivalTime (TTL: Time To Live), by the network default to discard packets can also exist inthe transmission path for a period of time, take up the transmission path. At thismoment, has not been timely discarded packets will hinder to the transmission of datapackets do not produce a loop. It might lead to lengthen the normal packet delay, theentire network will probably be severely paralyzed.This paper analyses the optical network due to network congestion caused by thetraditional method, packet loss rate and the high rate of resource consumption atpresent. By accelerating gradient of particle swarm method to establish the best LSP,and rapid and accurate positioning on the optimal LSP, avoids due to in MPLS network model is always looking for the shortest path caused by network congestion,delay and packet. By gradient of LSP algorithm is accelerated flow allocationalgorithm to optimize the utilization of network resources, reduce the resource usagerate.
