MPLS(Multiprotocol Lable Switching)is a integration of IP and ATM technology which can supply traffic management and VPN operation.And now the MPLS standardization efforts have been primarily focused on topology -based aggregation schemes for unicast traffic. Efficient support for mulitcast over lable switching hardware is still an open problem,both within the MPLS working group and community.All resources in MPLS networks have chances to fail, MPLS failure recovery mechanism is an important application characteristic of MPLS TE.The ability of recovery mechanism is privotal to improve the usability and reliability of MPLS network.This article focuses on the research about present MPLS path restoration mechanism and its problems,present a fast rerouting-based MPLS path restoration mechanism. Based on the network simulation(NS), The improved fast rerouting can relax packet loss and reordering effectively,further proved the scheme has better performance than Haskin,Makam and Simple dynamic schemes.In MPLS,CR-LDP(Constrain-based Routing LDP) reroute mechanism is used for Traffic Engineering.CR-LDP reroute mechanism removes the case of double shares of resource occupied between a pair of nodes,but has the case of double shares of resource occupied between a pair of nodes without shared links,disordering of packets at one time and switch over...
