Water is the necessary source of human life and production. The water usually contains alarge number of metal ions. In the process of industy manufactory, especially in the hightempreture envirament, using water without any treatment will cause a lot of loses, evenexplosion, because of the electrolyte, which separates out slowly for the water evaporation,will attach to the pipes, over a long time, and it will block the pipes. To sum up, the waterused in industry envirament must be carried through a desalted treatment, and the desaltedwater process is so complicate that it needs an automatic control system to control andimplement.Firstly, This paper describes the details of the reverse osmosis water desalination process,device parameters and control requirements.elaborated the processing requirements ofdesalination water system, the requirements of raw water quality and water quality. For thereason that big time lag, affect by the other process parameters and difficult to establish amathematical model, the paper has studied the fuzzy controller based on a single input andoutput, and design the multi-input single-output control method which can provide a moreefficient control strategy for the reverse osmosis desalination water treatment process.Then, through the above analysis of types of wireless remote monitoring technology, thispaper uses wireless monitoring program and client/server monitoring mode based on GPRSfor the needs of reverse osmosis water desalination industry development and actual situation.Comprehensive data collection, statistical analysis and dynamic display ensure a stable andefficient reverse osmosis desalination water projects run. At the same time, the equipmentfailure mechanism of reverse osmosis system is very complex, wide-ranged; the failuremechanism involves knowledge of fluid mechanics, mechanical, electrical control and so on;and it’s difficult to establish a precise mathematical model. So we introduce of support vectormachine intelligent fault diagnosis algorithm. And the experiments validates the method isfeasible and effective.At last, this paper determines the hardware selection and design according to the processcontrol requirements and control points. And debugs and analyses the on-site monitoring andremote monitoring.The project is running in stable condition, the effluent’s quality is qualified. The systemis easy to operate and control, compatibility and expansibility are better. In the process ofproduction, the system got the users’approval.
