The research topic involved in this thesis comes from the YanLian industry group company 360t/h Reverse Osmosis water treatment control engineering project, this paper mainly discusses the design process of the water treatment control system and researches the key technical problems.Firstly, the article introduces technology characteristics of the Reverse Osmosis water treatment and requirements of the control system. Then with the water processing control equipment Ultrafiltration and Reverse Osmosis regarded as the main research objects, with the programmable controller Siemens S7-400 being a hardware development platform, and with Siemens software STEP7 & WinCC6.0 being a software development platform, this paper detailedly describes the hardware choice, configuration, the development of the low computer PLC and the high computer monitor software. Moreover, the introduction of the low computer PLC double redundancy control system and the engineering application of PROFIBUS fieldbus are done in this paper.Secondly, the thesis makes a study of the flow PID control and the application of redundancy technical engineering, resolving the technical problems of single transducer to start many water pumps in turn and redundancy in actual engineering. Finally, we make a detailed summary on the scene debugging process. Practice proves that the system comes to an expectant control requirements, and runs well. |
