With the rapid development of the cybernation and automatic measurement technology, distributed control systems are widely used in industrial processes. The constantly improved automatism of industrial process makes the requirement to the operators higher and higher. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to strengthen the training of operators to improve their technological level of industrial production and ability of coping with complicated working conditions in industrial process. The simulation system based on computer simulation techniques can make up for the deficiencies in traditional teaching and training to help operators familiar with the operational process of seawater desalting engineering, training operators the ability to analysis system running data and handle unexpected failures. Therefore, this subject designs a reverse osmosis desalination simulation system which is based on 10000t reverse osmosis desalination project.Firstly this paper studies the operating principle and technological process of reverse osmosis desalination process. Then adopts synthetic modeling method mainly based on mechanism analysis, builds the mathematical model of the main object in reverse osmosis desalination system, and selects the appropriate algorithm, converts the mathematical model into the simulation model running in computer simulation environment. Adopting LabVIEW graphical programming language for the development platform, software design of the simulation system user interface and backstage process management performs such functions as technological process screen dynamic display, control system parameter modification, operation failure setting up, alarm message updating and so on. The simulation System uses TCP data communication module based on C/S mode, so that the workstations (operator simulation station and 3D simulation station) could exchange system working condition and operating data in real-time communication. This simulation System has been placed in service, and has brought better operator training effect.
