In recent years,the safety of water quality has attracted much attention,and all kinds of water purifying equipment have begun to appear in the people's field of vision.With determined filter membrane brand,the purifying methods detennine water quality while the control strategies affect the efficiency of water purification system directly.For this purpose,multistage water purification system combined the mobile terminal was designed and implemented based on Android.This control system realizes the automatic operation and backwashing,The Kunlun Tongtai MCGS touch screen panel is used to on site control the water purification system,and an Android mobile device is applied for remote control and real-time monitoring of the system.Firstly,a mathematical model of reverse osmosis membrane according to the working principle of the reverse osmosis membrane is analyzed,and the filter structure of the water purification system is designed,which takes the ultra filtration membrane as the first level filtration,the series connection of reverse osmosis membrane structure as the second level filtration.To improve the purifying efficiency of ultra filtration membrane,the system will wash the ultra filtration membrane regularly.A power distribution box of water purification system is designed and made,and the power supply switch of AC and DC,automatic control and manual control switch are realized in the distribution box.Secondly,a central processing circuit board is designed and developed.The circuit board takes ATmega128 microcontroller as the main control chip,and its main functions include digital input and output,analog input and output,voltage conversion,WiFi communication and RS485 communication.The WiFi module is used to communicate with the water purification system and the Android mobile terminal,and the RS485 circuit is used to communicate with the water purification system and the MCGS touch screen panel.Thirdly,Java is used to develop an Android application,which can communicate with the central processing circuit board of the water purification system through WiFi.A set of communication protocol,which can improve the communication security and reduce the packet loss rate effectively,is designed and developed for the communication among the mobile phone,the water purification system and the server computer.Finally,the whole water purification system has been tesed,including the network configuration function of the water purification system,the manual control function of mobile phone mobile terminal,the automatic control function of mobile phone terminal and the touch screen panel control function.The test results verify that the structure of the control system is reasonable,and the water purification system functions well and has highly practical value.
