Flipped Classroom is a new classroom that subverted the traditional classroom.Since 2011 into the public's vision,flipped classroom teaching model gradually adopted by the regional schools.Flipped classroom focus on self-learning ability,cooperation ability and practical skills training,and IT(Information Technology)courses emphasize on practical skills and teamwork,Some colleges and universities are trying to use the flip classroom teaching model for IT class teaching.Flipped classroom has been practiced for several years in the country,but there are few evaluation systems that apply to the teaching mode of the classroom and there are fewer evaluations systems of the classroom teaching for specific disciplines.This seriously affects the accuracy and effectiveness of the evaluation results.It is not only to evaluate the learning and teaching of IT specialty courses using flipped classroom accurately and effectively,but also to make recommendations to improve the teachers' Teaching methods that construct a set of teaching evaluation index system suitable for IT class curriculum.Based on the research of fourth generation educational theory,effective teaching theory and cooperative learning theory,this thesis defines the three related concepts of IT specialty course,flip classroom and teaching evaluation,thus laying a theoretical foundation for this research.After analyzing the IT professional class curriculum using flipped classroom,the paper clarifies the construction rote of the evaluation index system of IT class curriculum.The content of teaching evaluation is to evaluate students' learning and teachers' teaching.Based on the principle of reversing classroom teaching model and construction principle index system,This study starts from the three dimensions of "preview-class","middle-class" and "after-school" to carry out the indicators of learning evaluation and teaching evaluation.This paper collects the relevant indexes of learning and teaching evaluation through literature analysis,and then according to the flipped classroom teaching process and the teaching specialty of IT professional course to extracts the index content,and finally uses the Delphi method to determine the indicators of learning evaluation and teaching evaluation.After determining the content of the evaluation index,use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight value of each index,and finally determined two index system,they are learning evaluation index system and teaching evaluation index system.In this study,we select a class of college students in the software engineeringspecialty of 2015 and the "data structure" teachers as the research object,and evaluate the learning and teaching quality by using the IT professional curriculum flipped classroom learning evaluation and the teaching evaluation index system.This paper evaluates the students' "data structure" course by using the learning evaluation index system constructed by the author,and the evaluation result level is "4",which is between 80 and 90 scores,which is similar to the average achievement of students' comprehensive achievement at the end of the period,which shows the students' learning level is good,but learning consciousness needs to be strengthened.The teaching evaluation index system is used to evaluate the teaching quality of the teachers of the "Data Structure" course of the class,and the evaluation result is "good".The evaluation data show that the teachers need to understand the learners' characteristics before arranging the classroom teaching.In addition,through the student's learning evaluation data,it can be found that which aspects are relatively weak,need to strengthen in the future study;through the teaching evaluation data,teachers can find that which teaching acting needs to improve.The experimental results show that the classroom learning evaluation and teaching evaluation index system of IT professional courses using flipped classroom are reasonable and effective for learning evaluation and teaching evaluation.Based on the research on the evaluation index system,the paper constructs the evaluation index system and teaching evaluation index system of IT professional curriculum using flipped classroom,and confirms the scientific and practicability of the index system.
