In recent years, the rapid development of virtual instrumenttechnology, simulation technology and network technology providestechnical support for teaching network of experimental aspects andlaboratory equipment remote control. Virtual experiment becomes a newdirection of experimental aspects and it can realize the experimentresource sharing, remote control and other functions and has the verygood application prospect.Based on LabVIEW, the virtual remote experiment system isdesigned to achieve network virtualization of the experimental aspectsand allow users to do remote experiment through the network anywhere.The main works of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the virtual remote experiment system work is analyzed anddesigned, which includes analysis of system functional requirements andoverall design idea, the overall implementation of the system isdetermined, that is, using B/S structure, based on the developmentplatform of LabVIEW and the idea of modular design the system can bedivided into the experiment module and management module.Secondly, the experimental module of the system is designed indetail, based on control theory, the experiments for the time domain,frequently domain, series correction, and state space of control systemsare designed; The mathematical model of linear single-stage invertedpendulum is built, and the swing stability control for linear single-stageinverted pendulum is achieved by utilizing LQR control algorithm.Among them according to the linear single inverted pendulum modelLQR control algorithm is designed, the model of experimental device forwater level changed parameters of the fuzzy adaptive PID controlalgorithm design, and then in the LabVIEW platform to complete thecorresponding model of virtual experiment simulation design. For thenonlinear characteristics of mathematical model of three-tank inexperimental device for liquid level control system, the achievement ofliquid level control system is proposed through variable parameters fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm; Then, the corresponding programdesign is implemented in the LabVIEW platform.Then, this paper analyses and designs the experiment system ofmanagement platform. This platform is based on ASP、SQL Server2005and Dreamweaver to implement the daily management of virtual remoteexperiment system. According to the remote control structure of virtualremote experiment system, Web publishing with remote control scheme isdesigned, and the VI program generates independent executable file andinstallation package for users to download through LabVIEW.Finally,the experimental results show that the user can complete thecontrol of remote experiment perfectly through testing on the system. Italso proves the advantages of good man-machine interface, simple to oper-ate, intuitively to show the experimental process,easily extenble and soon,which has important application value.
