With the fast development of the Internet technology, the traditional way of doing experiment is undergoing profound changes. In ordinary higher education electronic experiment courses, there are some problems such as the experiment resource uneven-distribution, the inflexible experiment place and experiment time and the big consumption of the experiment etc. To solve these problems mentioned above, a new kind of electronic experiment system has been developed in this paper. Through this system, you can operate the hardware experiment platform remotely which was located in the laboratory, get the experiment real-time data and view the video of the experiment process on you webpage. The implementation of the system is an innovation of the experiment mode and management. Through the system, the high quality of teaching experiment resources can be shared widely, the imbalance of education resources and be reduced and at the same time, can also be convenient for the teachers and students arrange the experiments.The development of remote control experiment system was based on the hardware platform, network and software programming. The hardware was the center of the system and the hardware platform’s key part was ARM. The unit of the system was designed on the basis of ARM, such as the remote analog circuit experiment and the digital experiment. In the digital experiment, the CPLD can be reprogrammed by a remote way, the circuit can be connected remotely and the remote instrument can be used in the analog experiment. Also, the result data and the video would be acquired on your webpage. The network communication program was designed on the base of the function of hardware network communication supported by ARM and the rich network stack provided by Linux OS. The whole system was divided in terms of layer and the single can be divided different units. Each layer or unit provided public interface for each other. By the design of layer and unit, the system can be updated and maintained easily. All the experiment result data were generated by the hardware and the circuit was linked on the hardware platform as the same as the design by user on the webpage that was completely different from the online simulation system.
