With the rapid development of science and technology and theincreasing energy crisis, the people’s request enhance unceasingly for thewater supply quality. At the same time, along with frequent national hazeweather, it is imperative for energy-saving emission reduction measures. Therefore, it is used of optimizing and upgrading or the structuretransformation for the existing water supply system by modern scienceand technology. Thus it could design the high performance, the highenergy conservation and to be adapted to different areas of the watersupply system. It has become an inevitable trend in the development ofthe water supply system right now. This paper has carried on a brief understanding to the traditional wayof water supply for the background and the domestic and foreigndevelopment present situation of the water supply system. It has a generalunderstanding to the entire water supply system background and directionof development. It has carried on a brief summary to the water supplysystem. Its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and summarizedin this paper. It has carried on a brief discussion for the significance of themodel free adaptive control method in the application of water supplysystem. It has analyzed the basic characteristic of frequency speed controlwater supply system and the related principle of speed regulation. Itmakes a detailed analysis of the simulation and experiment for the watersupply system of the model free adaptive control method. Finally, fromthe aspects of low-carbon energy saving, it has carried on the energyconservation analysis to the control of system and the structure.Because the water supply system is nonlinear and time-varyingserious, some traditional control methods are difficult to carry outeffective control. Therefore, this paper introduces the model free adaptivecontrol method. The establishment of the control mode does not need toestablish accurate mathematical model of the controlled system. It onlyneeds to input and output data of the controlled system. At the same time,it’s a called pseudo-partial derivative of the intermediate variables in the online real-time adjustment. And it eventually reaches a satisfactorycontrol. In the practical application of water supply system, it uses asingle input of the frequency and a single output of the pressure as themain control variables. Through simulation and experimental verificationof the system, this control method can effectively solve for largetime-delay, high energy consumption and serious concussion problem, which often appears in the water supply system. In the simulation andexperimental research, it uses two different schemes to highlight thedifferent control and energy conservation effect. Finally, through the comparison of different control schemes anddifferent control methods for the system, it carries on the low-carbonenergy conservation analysis to the water supply system. Meanwhile, through the knowledge of fluid mechanics and the use of Fluent software,it analyzes the different pipeline structure to produce the different energyconsumption results, which provides a theoretical basis for selecting theoptimal pipeline structure.
