With the rapid development of social economy,it demands that the water quality and the reliability of water supply system must be improved; meanwhile water resources are insufficient seriously.So it is an inevitable tendency to design high-performance and high energy-saving water supply system,which makes use of advanced technique of computer,control and communication.At the same time this system can adapt different water supply fields.According to the characteristic curve of running pipelines and water pump,the paper explains the principles of pump VF speed control in the water supply system.Then the paper analyzes the structure of VF speed regulating constant pressure water supply and gives several control methods which exist in the middle and large volume water supply system.With comparative analysis,the paper introduces the design of Fuzzy-PID controller for water pressure and phase-locked loop.Because of pipelines are so complex and controlled object is high order,no liner,coupling,and time-varying,it is difficult to realize closed loop control for it using valid mathematic model.If the pump motor power supply is switched from inverter power to power supply,the impact of overload-voltage and overload-current appears.To resolve the two problems,this paper presents a Fuzzy-PID control algorithm regulation and PLL technique that can be applied to avoid this impact and realize complete smooth switch from inverter power to power supply based on the same frequency and phase.The paper introduces the design of software and hardware of ATMEL Company's ATmega16-based single-chip microcomputer control system and the design of Fuzzy-PID controller for water pressure Closed-loop and phase-locked loop.Moreover,it puts forward simulation results of the control algorithm by the MATLAB software and debugging results of this control system on water supply equipment.At the end,it analyzes the control performance,the existing problems of this control system and some ideas on improvement.
