Maritime administrative department makes use of aircraft sea cruise’s characteristics of fastand efficiencies to make up for many defects in the search and rescue of a cruise ship sea,butthere are many defects in aircraft sea cruise, which are the aerial images can’t make the seatargets positioned, and that target positioning information and images can’t be synchronous forthe aircraft to solve, this paper summarizes the research status of domestic and internationalaerial images and data acquisition and processing. Introduced related algorithm based on aerialimages that can fix position of target, and make the data requirements of Sea Target PositioningAlgorithm clear. Finally this paper determined the research direction with data acquisition andprocessing based on the Sea Target Positioning Algorithm and solved theproblem of synchronized playback focuses on sea target aerial image positioning of the requiredinformation acquisition, image information and the location information of synchronous storageand image information and positioning relevant information display.In this article,a detailed analysis of the obtained inner orientation elements data, the inside azimuth element linear elements of exterior orientation elements of data in data and angle elementdata acquisition equipment,described the required data types and the selection of sensors, anddata acquisition method; due to the research about data acquisition sensor devices, expounds thedata format and its communication protocol that sensor device output. And parsing the datapackets which collected; In image data, the sensor data acquisition and storage field, put forwardmultithreading serial communication programming and video acquisition card SDK secondarydevelopment technology to achieve synchronization acquisition and storage of sensor data andvideo image data. According to the research requirement, this paper designed and developedthe sea target aerial image positioning data acquisition software and playback integrated displaysystem. By the test of the software and system, the research has implemented synchronousacquisition, display and storage of video image data, internal and external azimuth data, andvideo playback, the display of the relative positioning data in single frame capture images.
