The Application Of MPLS-VPN Technology In Laiwu-unicom Metropolitan Area Network

With global economic integration, multinational cross-regional remote offices hasskyrocketed. At the same time, the cooperation between enterprises and the connectionbetween the enterprise and the customer is closer and closer. The requirements of safety,high-speed, cost-effective data communication for different areas customers becomesincreasingly urgent. This not only brings the complexity of network problems, but alsobring the related network management and security issues. With its economy andflexibility, MPLS VPN becomes a feasible scheme to extend previously private networkwhich do not have the capabilities and features.Firstly, Our paper introduces the basic principle of MPLS technology and MPLSVPN based on MPLS technology. Secondly, by focusing on analysis and research ofMPLS VPN technology, together with the present situation of Laiwu Unicom MPLSnetwork deployment in metropolitan area network, on the basis of the principle of thetechnology through the construction of Laiwu Unicom base station intelligent accesscontrol system analysis, putting forward the reform of Laiwu Unicom access controlsystem VPN network architecture of the solution. Finally, introducing the MPLS VPNtechnology in Laiwu Unicom access control system implementation process, as well asthe metropolitan area network device configuration. In addition this paper alsointroduces MPLS L3VPN technology in the process of the transformation, and theadvantages of MPLS VPN technology in the project application, thus puts a certainguiding significance to the construction of MPLS VPN.
