Research And Implementation Of The Mobile Office System Of Kechuang College

Intelligent mobile terminals and instant messaging has rapidly become popularized.This new convenient mobile platform can eliminate the constraints of space and time,building an interconnected enterprise application via servers and computer terminals to provide users with convenient services.The subject of this paper comes from the actual project at Chongqing Creation Vocational College "Research and Implementation of College's Mobile Office System." The school system mentioned above is an exploration in the field of mobile office,which with the research of this thesis can explore the key points of the college's mobile office system in relation to WeChat services.This paper analyzes and discusses several daily office problems especially in regards to the daily work process at KeChuang College,such as "inconvenient queries and statistics for archives,ineffective and repeated data reporting,complicated check processes","regular absenteeism of leadership " and " inability to consult off site faculty" and " difficulties verifying teacher's coordinates".According mobile office demands(specifically client,server and interface constraints),a new gui layout considering these issues is proposed in this thesis which would effectively enhance user experience as well as lead to an increased user base.This thesis uses Visual Studio 2013 as the development environment,SQL2000 for database entries and Asp.net to complete the development of programming languages.This thesis will study in depth the relationship between these technologies of this mobile office system(including the popular html5+CSS3 response type,WeChat service No.and WeChat)and adopt the current popular B/S development model while taking construction and application of Kechuang College's mobile office system as an example,achiving multi dimensional modeling analysis of the system.The system is divided into eight modules: authentication and authorization module,application module,notification services module,exception handling module,attendance monthly attendance report module,mail list module,information query module,and video conference module.Firstly,the paper will describe the background and significance of system development,and then separately complete the requirements analysis and detailed design of each module,and complete the detailed design of each module,the functional realization of each module and the test operation through flowchart and class diagram descriptions.The school's mobile office system mentioned in this thesis operated nominally.It can meet the needs of the school staff,office and leadership of the mobile office,which has brought efficient and convenient office services to the school.In 2007,it applied for setting up key science and technology projects at the university level <Mobile office system of KeChuang college> and completed the test successfully.Finally,it has been praised by the majority of staff and leaders for improving efficiency and providing convenient office services to the school.
