This thesis presents design and implementation of SenTe company's vehicular electronic and mechanical product quality management support system with the theories and methods of software engineering.The thesis addresses the system development work based on the company's product quality management specifications and critical issues,with the objective to build the quality management work on a accurate,reliable and quantitative foundation.In the aspect of system requirement analysis,the thesis builds main functions of the system about the company's major problems to solve in its product quality management in the basic information management,quality management project management and product failure analysis related data processing demands.For each requirement the specific data processing specifications and computational tasks are discussed with the associated use-case models established.In the aspect of system design,the thesis presents the system global architecture and its related detailed design framework,including main object structures,database scheme,typical information assessment procedures and some database table design examples.In the aspect of implementation,this system runs in the environment of Windows platform on the application server and is programmed with C# and SQL Server database.Some program codes are sketched altogether with the software test methods and consequences.This system has been finished with its development.During its probation running stage,it is applied in several quality management projects,showing its ability in significantly reduce the failure rate and raise high efficiency in quality management activities.In conclusion,the system reaches its initial development goals.
