Design And Implementation Of Web-Based Quality Management Information System

Quality management and control is a very important in the manufacture process of aviation enterprise. Quality management and control not only includes technology of CAD, database and network, but also bases on the advanced idea of quality management.In recent years, the enterprises make good use of the WEB technology and develop product development platforms and information management platforms that are based on the WEB. It is an important developing direction for the modern manufacture enterprise. Object-oriented development is a mature method of developing software, and being widely used in constructing distributed enterprise system.Quality management and control is a specific application system to satisfy the needs of the enterprise quality management. During the development, object-oriented development was introduced and quality management and control system was established by Unified Modeling Language (UML). All the work conforms to the Rational Unified Process (RUP). By analyzing the practical situation of quality managing process in enterprise, the structure of Web based quality management information system is constructed. Quality document management, examination and approval process have been studied. The mistakes and illogicality due to the manual management in the enterprise before have been avoided. Comparing with the dynamic workflow model, the corresponding database and system are designed based on these models to support the flexible examination and approval. The dynamic examination and approval workflow model based on the WEB technology was realized, which supports the dynamic, flexible management process. The system integrates the quality management and the CAD software. Therefore, it guarantees the data source is unique and the data are consistent.The developed quality management system has been applied in service in the quality department of Hongdu Group.
