Based On PKI Technology Colleges Electronic Archives Security Management System Design And Implementation

The information management system of colleges electronic archives is one of thekey points to implement the archival informatization and also is an important part ofinformation construction in universities. Colleges electronic archives have a vital roleto the development of universities. For the safe and stable operation of the electronicfile information management system, the accuracy of the archives information must beput forward higher requirements. Within the scope of authorization system, users andadministrators can use the system and archives management system must preventoutside attacks and timely stop the operation behavior across authority. In addition, thesystem needs to find illegally modified file information in time and feedback to theadministrator.The paper analysis the security problem about information management system ofcolleges electronic archives and according to these questions puts forward a kind ofsafety management mechanism which can detect the integrity of itself. Under thismechanism, all users and administrators need to use their own private key for digitalsignatures to modify data. Before the changing file information or newly added fileinformation being written to the database, should be validated through the system;Before using the file information in the database, system also need to verify the user’sdigital signature and found out if the data have been illegal modified. Through theanalysis of the security requirements, this paper present a new approach, which using thepublic key infrastructure PKI technology, through the adoption of digital signatureapproach to solve the security problem of the current archives management. Among theoverall design and detailed design, the client authentication center, archivesinformation management and the user case diagram, class diagram and sequencediagram of the database administrator is given, and through the implementation andtest method to prove this system can achieve the desired design goal.The designed digital signature table and validation in this article can providessecurity protection and implementation plan for data using of the relevant application.This archives information security management system provides a case of researchvalue for all kinds of important information protection system.
