| At present,the archive management of the troop that I have been in includes personnel archive management,equipment archive managemen,and classified document management.The personnel information of cadres and soldiers is mainly archived in the personnel file.The application and routine maintenance of equipment in the troop are mainly archived in the equipment file.The function of classified document management is safekeeping and borrowing various documents issued by superiors,which is classified according to different levels(such as secret and confidential),files are saved on the basis of security classification and files will be reduced confidentiality as time goes on.The current situation of archive management is independent archive management,which means that it has a stand-alone CS system.We only need to store files in a location of the archive,and then,it is also necessary to input location into the system,it is the step for archiving.If files need to be draw on,It is easy to locating files in the system,then,we can get files to the borrower immediately.Recording this event means that this system completes the function of borrowing.But now,with the development of information construction,file system needs provide more functions.Nowadays,the functions of social service and remote call of the file system need to be solved in the troop urgently.The social service function of the file system plays significant role in the development of the military information construction and society.File management system need to provide data services of military officers,providing a set of service standards and connectors.External systems can extract the required data according to API of the files management,thereby providing service for medical treatment,military staff information and transferred from military,etc.Correlative service departments only need to scan papers of soldiers,and then they can get relevant information from files system automatically,thus they can judge soldiers whether up to the standards of promotion.Besides,it is necessary to provide one-card service in the troop,and data sources of one-card is personnel system managed by the files.Distance service not only provides paper stuff,It has saved electronic formats of paper stuff,some relevant audio,video materials.Etc,as well,for example,some classified files need corresponding meeting rcordings.New file management requires system need provide the ability of data sharing and deal with files.To manage these files well,increase the speed of data service,reduce the cost of files management.This thesis drew on solrcloud ' s files management system and this system was redesigned and developed,using a distributed way to manage service.The system mainly completed the six functions of archive management:archival collection,archival filing,archival examination,archival preservation,archival utilization and system management.Among them,archive collection realizes the functions of collection,pre-archiving,cataloging,auditing and archiving,file management and file storage.Archival compilation has realized the functions of archival writing,file filing,total management,archive identification,archival destruction,archival statistics and so on.The list of file audit features is mainly reviewed,printed list,view and query.The main three functions of archival preservation are data export,data backup and archive access.Archival use has realized the functions of archives lending,query retrieval,intelligent search,archive publishing,my filing cabinet,file management and so on.System management realizes user management,role permission management,full-text retrieval,parameter management,log management,storage management,index management.The probation effects of some departments indicate that the structure of this system is reasonable and it is convenient for the public to use.The function is perfect and thus this system can advance the development of the big data construction and improve present situation of information construction in army. |
