Equipment is main material foundation to continuous production of iron and steelenterprises, the management of the equipment has long been the focus of theenterprise.In the process of continuous high-speed operation, Equipment willinevitablely happens the technical degradation,so a moderate amount of maintenance ofequipment is very important to guarantee the quality of the products. It cannot be neglectedthat equipment maintenance management is part of the equipment management. Howto effectively make maintenance management more scientific and more standardized isthe problem of enterprise that need to be solved. In the context of development ofenterprise information, a set of perfect steel mill equipment maintenance managementsystem not only promotes the enterprise informatization construction,but also has a veryimportant meaning to the sustainable development of the enterprise.In combination with the practical situation of hot rolling mill equipmentmaintenance management, this paper adopts B/S design pattern and selects the popularSSH2(struts2+Spring+Hibernate) framework for development with Java EEarchitecture as a technology platform.It alse integrates many information technologysuch as Ajax and FlexCell and so on. According to the highly cohesive and lowcoupling principles of program design, the system is divided into five layers: displaylayer, controller layer, business logic layer, data persistence layer and database layer.Struts2as a controller is responsible for intercepting the user’s request and forwardingthe user request to the business logic layer, Spring conducts unified management on thecomponents of DAO using the dependency injection mechanism.Hibernate implementsthe object persistence and handling of persistent objects with the thinking ofobject-oriented. Practice has proved that the use of an SSH2integration developmentmeets the requirements of which the system can be extended and easily maintenance.The steel mill equipment maintenance management system based on Java EE ofthe paper always stands in the user’s point of view. The system not only meets thedemand of equipment maintenance automation management of iron and steel enterprise,but also is reflected very practical,stable,good experience by usrers after beinguserd.Using the systems greatly improves the work efficiency of users.
