Design And Implementation Of OA System Based On Workflow

With the development of computer networks and information technology, thePaper-based office way, which has many shortcomings such as inefficientmanagement, poor security and retrieval difficulties, is disappearing. Advanced officeautomation systems are helpful to enhance the office efficiency and the level ofinformation technology. At present, many enterprises are committed to achieving ahigh level of network office automation system; workflow technology has becomeone of the focuses of attention.Based on the design and implementation of document management subsystem inoffice automation system of a unit, the customer demand and the key problem neededto be solved are studied. Then Combined with the analysis of user requirement, theworkflow technology is analyzed, based on that, the design thinking and designprinciples are proposed and the basic characteristics of the system design frameworkare described. At last the UML modeling language is used to build a visual model ofOA system and the specific implementation process of document managementsubsystem which is the main function module is analyzed based on the model.The system is based on workflow and Java Server Faces technology, using B/Sstructure and MySQL databases. Then based on the Eclipse, Struts2、Hibernate andSpring structure are used to build the overall architecture of the system. At last, anoffice automation system which is based on workflow technology is designed. Thesystem has many advantages such as high integration, Digital, information resourceand orderly management. Based on the early requirement investigation, I mainly takepart in the design document management subsystem; the system combines the dataflow technology.The system has been officially put into use and has good user feedback. Thepractical application shows that the OA system can meet the needs of enterpriseinformation management and scheduling process with workflow automation, efficient, effective information sharing and so on. Using the system, the enterprise shortens theoverall work cycle,save the cost of office, strengthen the cooperation between theDepartment staff, at the same time, the staff have an advanced office environment andthe development of information is promoted.
