Research On Main Techniques Of Conference Business System Based On Workflow

Workflow technology is a technique that is comparatively concerned by many system developers in recent years. It is widely applied to the official automation system of each enterprise or department. This paper will design the development and the workflow engine of a conference system in detail based on analyzing the related concepts and reference models of workflow.In this paper, the completed conference system work consists of four aspects:the design and implementation of the overall system architecture, the package of interface drawing class, the design of workflow engine and the development of prototype system. These works are described as follows:Firstly, we design the overall system architecture from the software architecture. In order to adapt to the variability of user needs, the client of our system uses the Eclipse plug-in development techniques, and the backend of system uses the SSI framework. The communication between them adopts HTTP protocol communication.Secondly, we design the drawing method of interface. We implement the interface of "Imitation iPad" style and define the style of the control by achiving our own package control.Thirdly, we design and realize a practical workflow engine. By combining the design requirements of workflow engine, we analyze the flow process and detailed process of the meeting. By this, we define our own process node structure, processes information representation method and process flow control mode.Finally, we develop a prototype system of the conference system. In the system, we set up the foreground and background of the prototype system. We realize the communication module between the foreground and background. We realize the workflow engine of the system. We realize the functional module of "meeting being held".The conference system which we want to realize is a system which can customize the meeting process flexibly according to the actual needs. There is a good interaction between the system and the users. The overall architecture is feasible and prudent. The workflow engine is simple and practical.
