Research And Design Of Office Automation System Based On Workflow Technology

With the high speed development of computer network technology and informationtechnology renovation, it is a growing concern for people to use computer network toget information and handle it, and the requirement of adopting network for office workis also increasing. Enterprises and public institutions gradually build the network tocompete for their development, and once owning the modern Office Automationsoftware, it will continuously enhance their work efficiency, decrease the procedure ofeveryday work and reduce spending, which is also in more favor of advancing thestrength of competition.Therefore, Office Automation software become thedevelopment motivity of Enterprises and public institutions.The research purpose of this paper is mainly to speed up the construction ofinformationization in Guizhou industrial company of China tobacco company,andcompletely improve the company level of Office Automation.This paper,based on thecompany developing goal of Office Automation, overviews the current developmenttrend and application status of Office Automation system, and detailedly introduce thefunctional requirement,frame design and application.This paper exploit the currentpopular Struts technology，Spring technology and Hibernate technology，which are allbased on MVC pattern.The system uses Weblogic server, according with Java EEtechnology, as the deploy server, and adopts oracle as the database.This paper isfinished through the step of requirement analysis, system design, coding and test. Thesystem mainly includes six functional module: Handling business, Communication,Information release and obtaining, Business management, ISO, System management.The Handling business module mainly includes expense application, vacationapplication, office supplies application; Communication module can satisfy the demandof employee with SMS, leaving message and BBS platform. The user can set personalcalendar, browse notify and bulletin, and query address list in Information release andobtaining module; Business management module is related to document dispatchingmanagement, and receiving management; ISO module mainly cover document access control application, document compiling, dispatching, withdrawal, borrowing,nullifying,. destroying and print; System management module is involved in personalinformation, password, group, system navigation. This system is running in thecompany whose employee like it, and work stably, has entirely shown its’ existencevalue and also proves that the design scheme in this paper is feasible.
