Since the incident of Pengyu, it is becoming a problem that has bee n troubling us whether we should give a hand to the elderly or not. Peop le gradually adapt to the indifferent society. When met with people who i n troubles, people tended to stand aside instead of extending their hands."Nanning Spirit" appeared in this social context."Nanning Spirit" wa s put forward by ex-Nanning municipal party secretary Che Rongfu. It g ave human touch to this city. In nowadays, lots of cities try to explore th eir own urban spirit and shape the urban spirit for themselves."Nanning Spirit" is very important to the growth of Nanning as soft power. The m edia of Nanning must communicate the "Nanning spirit" accurately and w idely to let it go into the citizens’ hearts and Guide their social activities. Audience has their own media habits according to their own characteristi cs. I am interested in the transmission channel which can be used for acc urate dissemination of "Nanning Spirit". So I want to analysis these quest ions from the perspective of communication.This article use the logical sequence of "analysis the situation-disco very issues-analyze reasons-optimize channels" and try to optimize chann els for accurate dissemination of "Nanning Spirit" with objective and scie ntific methods. The article has five parts:the first part is an introduction, states the topic selection background and significance and research methods. The second part interprets related concepts:including "urban spirit","Nan ning Spirit" and "accurate dissemination". The third part describes the sig nificance of accurate dissemination for "Nanning Spirit" and discussing th e value of this article. The fourth part analyzes the situation of "Nanning Spirit", including the current transmission channel of "Nanning Spirit", th e problems and the reasons existing in the transmission. The fifth part di vides the audiences into different categories and chooses different channels for different audiences. Through a series of researches, I want to creat e a reasonable network for the transmission channels for accurate dissemina tion of "Nanning Spirit".
