Automatic stereo garage is playing an increasingly important role in the modernsociety that the holding of car is increasing and land resource is rare. At the same time,its appearance also shortens the access time of the vehicle to some extent andreduces the waste of resources. As one of the automated multi-layer garage,Laneway-stow-typed Automatic3D-Park has the largest number of parking space and ischaracterized in high safety and reliability. It is especially suitable for the large-scalebusiness circle and office block where the population is concentrated. In recent years,this type of garage has been widely applied in large and medium-sized at home andabroad. Today, as the life pace is fast and resource is shortage, it has been the urgentissue that how to reduce the wait time of customer and the energy consumption ofvehicle access on the basis of operation situation.This paper takes a Laneway-stow-typed Automatic3D-Park garage in chongqingjiefangbei as the research object. The arrival time of the customers from7o ’clock in themorning to8o ’clock in the evening in this garage has been researched. The queuingmodel and other kinds of evaluation index have been determined by queuing theory.Then draw the conclusion that, the wait time is long and the access is inefficiency. Tomeet the different needs of reducing wait time of customer or reducing energyconsumption of access at different time, the optimized main access strategy andauxiliary access strategy is put forward. Building the mathematic model of each strategydepending on the operation characteristics of the garage.The study of access strategy algorithm of Laneway-stow-typed Automatic3D-Parkis limited in China and abroad. Mainly includes the general path search algorithm andtraditional genetic algorithm. The search speed of general path search algorithm isslower, especially when the parking is more in garage. The access efficiency is lower.The traditional genetic algorithm is hard to get the optimal solution when the coding orgenetic parameters is improperly selected. According to the characteristics of theLaneway-stow-typed Automatic3D-Park, the improved genetic algorithm based onhybrid coding and adaptive crossover mutation probability is applied in this paper. Theoptimized access strategy is realized through weight method of double objectiveoptimization. The determination of crossover probability and mutation probability istedious and complicated in the traditional genetic algorithms. This paper adopts theimproved adaptive crossover probability and mutation probability, the convergence efficiency of the algorithm is improved. Using Matlab genetic algorithm toolbox tosimulate. Then get the access time and energy consumption curve of each strategy andthe optimal vehicle access paths and order. Get the comparison analysis of queued indexof the optimized strategy and random strategy trough calculation. The verify thefeasibility of the algorithm of each strategy.In this paper, design and construct the physical model of stacker. In light of thecharacteristics of the Laneway-stow-typed Automatic3D-Park s whole control system,choose the Siemens S7-300PLC as lower computer, determine the lower computercontrol scheme on the basis of working principle of PLC. The process of vehicle accessfor each strategy is presented by ladder diagram language of Step7.
