As a new industry of modern logistics, logistics parks have become one of theresearch hotpots in the field of logistics. At present, there exist the phenomenon thatvicious competition and resources allocating unreasonably, which becoming thefactors that restrict the healthy development of it; at the same time, in order to meetthe maximum utilization of resources, the modern logistics need better resourceintegration and enhance the cooperation among the supply chain. park could integratethe resource information, to guide enterprises cooperate with each other incollaboration, exert the advantage of project, so as to improve the efficiency oflogistics to reduce the total cost. However, the existing research of logistics parkservice mainly limited focus on the integration of customer resources, infrastructureresources and information service platform. This paper regard logistics parkenterprises as the main body, evaluate and analysis the logistics service and providers’combination method, then give the recommendations of the service solution, and ithas a certain theoretical and practical significance. The main work is described as below:First of all, this paper reviews the logistics park related concepts, throughcombing the related literature research and induction, provide to the enterprise inlogistics park logistics service type, mode and so on are elaborated; the introductionand analysis of genetic algorithm and the method of its use as a case study.Then, evaluation and analysis logistics service based on a clear understanding ofthem. To industry and product classification, from a few typical logistics services,characteristics and influential factors analysis of logistics service, at the base of thein-depth study of the existing literature, the evaluation and screening index, thendesigned construction of the logistics and service business combination.At last, construction and service composition model of the corresponding model,determine the weight index by the analytic hierarchy process; design and improvedgenetic algorithm, improved the accuracy and objectivity of evaluation and selection,in order to optimize the service composition and selection. This paper build logistics park service portfolio evaluation model, then simulateand validate the model. In the case study approach, proposed a combination oflogistics service providers in the logistics park and logistics services optimization,solve the logistics resource allocation and utilization effectively, and achieve theeconomic optimization.
